Privacy/Consumer Rights – addressing any issue which puts the personal identifiable information of an individual at risk such as Data Breaches, FACTA, TCPA, or FCRA violations.

Americans With Disabilities Act Violations – ADA law aims to guarantee that Americans with disabilities will have equal access to the marketplace. Areas include accessible websites or point of sale devices usable by those with visual impairments, movie theaters not providing access to those with hearing and vision impairments, and retail locations not providing physically accessible locations to individuals with wheelchairs and who are otherwise physically impaired.
